* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following county, Somerset.
* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 704 AM EST, the USGS river gauge at South Branch indicated high water as a result of the one to two inches of rain that has fallen. Water levels will remain elevated through the morning. - For North Branch Raritan River at South Branch: At 6:00am the stage was 8.78 feet.
