Wilmington Police Department announces January Coffee with a Cop event: 
As the Wilmington Police Department continues our monthly Coffee with a Cop series, we are happy to share details about our next event.
Police officers will be visiting Chancery Market (1313 North Market Street) on Wednesday, January 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. We encourage customers coming in for their coffee and bakery treats to stop by our table, interact with some of our police officers and pick up some public safety-related information and giveaways.
The continuation of this monthly event follows our department’s observance of National Coffee with a Cop Day in October 2022, and our continuation of this program as a monthly series throughout 2023 and 2024. Each month, we will continue to organize a monthly event at coffee shops across the city to help provide additional opportunities for the public to interact with our officers, ask questions and learn about resources available to our community.
