* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. While rainfall is coming to an end, it will take several hours for all the water to run off into local stream and creeks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 102 PM EST, While rainfall is tapering off in the warning area, some flooding will remain likely through late afternoon due to heavy rain and snowmelt earlier today. Between 2.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen in portions of the warning area in Washington County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
