High Wind Warning until 09:00AM Tuesday 
* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...City and Borough of Yakutat.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects and may damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to diminish below high wind criteria (60 mph) Tuesday morning but are expected to remain elevated through Tuesday night. A wind shift to the south is expected Tuesday night as the bulk of the new low moves into the northern gulf.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CITY AND BOROUGH OF YAKUTAT
