SCOPE Senior Services is happy to announce Carla Williams as the new manager for their new location here in Hubbard. Carla has been a volunteer with SCOPE at their Newton Falls Center and has a working background serving senior citizens from her employment with the Office of Elderly Affairs as a site manager for the hot lunch program.
