Stabbing suspect, Byron Decles placed under arrest 
This morning, Byron Decles was placed under arrest for the attempted murder of two individuals in the area of El Camino Real and Oakridge Steps on December 8th.
We want to thank the Oakland Police Department for locating Decles this morning and taking him into custody without incident. Thank you to all the citizens who provided information to our department and helped achieve a successful outcome on this case.
