As you may already be aware, earlier this year the Leonia Mayor and Council updated the Borough ordinance regulating leaf blowers (Boro Ord 262-2).  The use of leaf blowers powered by internal combustion engines by residents and landscapers is prohibited from December 16th until March 15th.  If you have hired a landscaper to care for your property, please remind them of this ordinance. Starting on December 16th, violations of the ordinance may be reported to Leonia Police Department by calling (201) 944-0800.  Thank you.
