Activity for December 6, 2023:
- Officer Marcum assisted JFD with a structure fire near Hobart Street and Walker Street.
- Officer Panther responded to an accident at North Wisner Street and West Monroe Street. The 72-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
- Officers were dispatched to Woodbridge Street and Union Street for a disorderly subject. JCYC refused to lodge the 17-year-old male for assaulting a police officer.
- Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of North West Avenue. The 22-year-old male suspect left prior to officers’ arrival, and was not located.
- Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 100 block of West Wilkins Street for a domestic situation. A 13-year-old male was lodged at JCYC for domestic assault, 2nd offense.
- Officers conducted extra patrol at Hobart Street and Walker Street.
