12/05/2023 @ 2055. A man dialed numbers of the front gate keypad until somebody allowed him access. The suspect removed two unsecured packages from the mailroom. #06869

12/05/2023 @ 1950-2230. An unknown suspect smashed the rear windshield and removed a Louis Vuitton bag containing miscellaneous jewelry and clothing from the trunk. #06862

12/07/2023 @ 2035. Four men smashed the rear glass door to gain entry and removed a laptop computer, camera, and perfume before running from the residence when the homeowner woke up. #06892

12/07/2023 @ 0129. A man and a woman were walking to their residence after being dropped off by Uber when the suspect vehicle parked behind them. Two men exited the vehicle while armed with a handgun and demanded the victim’s watch. A struggle ensued and the victim was pistol whipped, but he maintained possession of his watch. Two cell phones were taken from the female victim. #06876
