The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for a robbery at 10530 Rosedale highway (Heavenly Spa & Massage). On 11/06/2023, the suspect kicked in a locked door, used pepper spray on employees before stealing items from the store. The Suspect fled the scene on an electric scooter.
