* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 5 inches. Northeast winds gusting as high as 40 mph will reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less at times.
* WHERE...Western Capes, including Platinum and Goodnews Bay.
* WHEN...From 9 PM Thursday to 9 AM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Areas of blowing snow will lead to white-out conditions at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...On Thursday afternoon, strong northeasterly winds will begin to increase over the Bristol Bay coast. Snow will begin Thursday evening along the coast and then spread inland through Friday.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BRISTOL BAY
