Emergency Action Plan (EAP) : Everbridge/Nixle Test 
On December 1, 2023, the City of Belleville was notified from Ypsilanti Township Hydro Dam Operations that they have reviewed their EAP regarding emergency notification systems in the event of a dam failure or pending failure. Due to the City of Belleville being downriver and within the designated flood plane this test is necessary.
Attached is the letter the city received with the instructions on how to handle the test which is scheduled to begin on Friday December 15, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
