The Wilmington Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
Nyja Evans is 14 years old and was last seen on December 12, at 5:00 p.m., in the 800 block of West 18th Street. Nyja is described as a black female, 5’8” tall, and approximately 300 lbs., with burgundy braids. Nyja was last seen wearing blue sweatpants with a white stripe, and black and purple Nike sneakers.
Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Nyja Evans to please contact the Wilmington Police Department at 302-654-5151.
