Columbia Water Boil Water Repeal
To Columbia Water Customers located at Homestead Subdivision, 1100-1109 Flora Dr, 323-421 Rockingham Rd, Rockingham Ct, Chaunticleer Rd, and Southwark Cir.
Columbia Water laboratory staff advises the water customers of Homestead Subdivision, 1100-1109 Flora Dr, 323-421 Rockingham Rd, Rockingham Ct, Chaunticleer Rd, and Southwark Cir. , located in Richland County, they no longer need to boil their water prior to drinking or cooking.
Following an intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected and analyzed by the City of Columbia Water Department. The results of this sampling indicate that the system is safe to use for drinking and cooking purposes.
