City of McHenry new online utility billing system 
The City of McHenry has switched online utility billing payment companies. If you have been paying your water/sewer bill for the City of McHenry through Paymentus, you need to register and pay with our new provider, Invoice Cloud. Your information from the previous company, Paymentus, will not be transferred over. So please log in to the new system to set up your payments if using the online payment system. For questions or concerns regarding the new online utility billing system, call City Hall at 815-363-2100.
