Attempted Residential Burglary - Munsee Drive 
On December 16th 2023, Patrol Units responded to a Munsee Drive address on the report of an attempted residential burglary.
At approximately 4:53 AM, 2 suspects wearing dark clothing and masks removed a window screen and pried a first floor window open. After a home burglary alarm system was triggered, the 2 suspects fled prior to gaining access to the residence. According to initial reports, the suspects appeared to have fled in a dark SUV. It should be noted that there were 2 high-end SUVs parked on the victim's property at the time of this burglary attempt.
Residents are encouraged to continue being vigilant in locking not only their vehicles, but also ensuring that their homes are secured during overnight hours. Also, check that your security cameras are operational.
