* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds will result in blowing and drifting of snow. Strong Winds could also bring down tree branches as well as weak and dead trees resulting in scattered power outages.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN GREENBRIER
