* WHERE...In Kansas, Cherokee County. In Missouri, Jasper, Newton, McDonald and Barry Counties.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and potential frost on bridges.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lowest visibilities will be observed near the Missouri/Arkansas border. Those farther north will see visibilities of 3 to 5 miles.
