In Far Eastern Maine, Northern Washington. In Interior DownEast Maine, Central Washington and Interior Hancock. In Penobscot Valley Maine, Central Penobscot.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rainfall is expected to produce widespread 2 to 3 inches, especially in upslope terrain of the Longfellow Mountains.
