* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 56 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of western North Carolina.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Occasional gusts up to 60 mph are possible
across the higher peaks above 5000 feet.
