* WHEN...From 4 PM Monday to 8 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute Monday and the morning commute Tuesday. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
