* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Lehigh and Northampton.

* WHEN...Until 815 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 406 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. An additional half inch of rain is possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Northampton, Hellertown, Lehigh University, Coffeetown, Catasauqua, Fountain Hill, Coplay, North Catasauqua, and Freemansburg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
