* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 556 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. An additional inch of rain is possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
