* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer. Portions of southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.
* WHEN...Until 830 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 558 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. An additional inch of rain is possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
