SADDLE RIVER - Storm Damage - Flooding - Trees down - Avoid unnecessary travel for the next few hours. 
The heavy rains overnight have caused the Saddle River to flood and close most of the river crossings, don't drive through flooded roadways. East Allendale is CLOSED in the center of town due to heavy flooding.
The wind has increased bringing down trees throughout the Borough. Some of these involve utility wires, never attempt to move these trees as you can be electrocuted. Winds are forecast to increase.
The SRFD and DPW are operating throughout the Borough at this time to clear roadways and respond to emergencies.
If you have lost power, please notify your power provider. The dispatcher has no idea when power will be restored and needs to keep the phone lines available.
