* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, including the following county, Fairfield, northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Essex, Hudson and Union, and southeast New York, including the following counties, Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island) and Westchester.
* WHEN...Until 915 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 720 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
