* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Lehigh and Northampton.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 759 AM EST, the USGS river gauge on the Little Lehigh at Allentown was above flood stage. Flooding will continue through at least the morning hours. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - For Little Lehigh at Allentown: At 7:30am the stage was 6.0 feet. Flood Stage is 5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* AFFECTED AREAS: LEHIGH, PA ... NORTHAMPTON, PA
