* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 814 AM EST, as a result of the 2 and 4 inches of rain that have fallen across the area since last evening, there were several USGS river gauges above or near flood stage.
