  inches. Locally higher amounts possible.  Northwest wind gusts
  of 35 to 45 mph.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Elkhart and Eastern St. Joseph IN 
  Counties. In Michigan, Cass MI, Northern Berrien and Southern 
  Berrien Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Highly variable
  roadway conditions and visibility have been reported. Gusty 
  winds could bring down tree branches.
