* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...Western Monmouth, Eastern Monmouth, Ocean and Coastal Ocean.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of moderate flooding will impact primarily the back bays of Monmouth and Ocean Counties with the midday high tide. Elsewhere, minor coastal flooding can be expected along the immediate ocean front.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN MONMOUTH ... EASTERN MONMOUTH ... OCEAN ... COASTAL OCEAN
