* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 427 PM EST, flooding was ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - For Crosswicks Creek at Extonville: At 4:15pm the stage was 12.76 feet. Flood Stage is 12 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
