* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 PM EST, flooding was ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - For North Branch Raritan River at North Branch: At 4:15pm the stage was 14.45 feet. Flood Stage is 12.3 feet. ...
