...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...
* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 
  3 inches. Locally higher amounts closer to 4 inches possible in 
  the stronger lake effect snow bands. Northwest winds gusting as 
  high as 35 mph decreasing to 25 mph overnight.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Elkhart and Eastern St. Joseph IN Counties.
  In Michigan, Cass MI, Northern Berrien and Southern Berrien
  Counties. The greatest additional snow accumulation is expected
  across Cass County Michigan and northern Elkhart County 
  Indiana.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
  could reduce visibility. While snow is expected to diminish by 
  the Tuesday morning commute, roads may still be slick.
