* WHERE...Portions of central and southern New Jersey, including the following counties, in central New Jersey, Mercer and Monmouth. In southern New Jersey, Burlington.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 134 AM EST, the Crosswicks Creek gauge reported minor flooding levels due to excessive runoff from earlier heavy rainfall. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - For Crosswicks Creek at Extonville: At 1:15am the stage was 13.1 feet.
