* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM EST Tuesday the stage was 10.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
