Please be on the lookout for 76-year-old, Donnita Hall. Donnita is a white woman, 5’6”, with long grey hair and brown eyes. Donnita was last seen walking on Highway 101 between Arata Lane and Shiloh Road in Windsor around noon today, walking her small black and white dog. She was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, dark jeans, and possibly black shoes.
