- 12/20/23 4am ROAD CLOSURES-
- Route 46 East at the Fairfield/Wayne border has been CLOSED due to flooding.
- If you are traveling on Route 46 East in Fairfield, you will be diverted off the highway prior to the Two Bridges Road exit. Traffic is being rerouted from there towards Passaic Avenue and then to Route 80 East.
- If you are traveling on Route 80 East, exit 47B has been CLOSED. This exit allows you to enter Route 46 East in Parsippany by New Road.
- If you need to exit onto Route 46 East, you must take exit 45 towards Lake Hiawatha.
- Closures will remain in place until the water recedes. That timeframe is unknown.
