**Located** Missing Juvenile - Josiah Jackson age 15 is described as a black male juvenile, has black short hair, brown eyes, 5'06" , 135 lbs. Josiah has a small scar on his chin. He was last seen wearing a blue zipper hoodie, blue sweatpants and black shoes. He was last seen on 12/18/2023 at his residence in Clearlake.
