12/13/2023 @ 1915. The suspect was walking in the crosswalk when a vehicle drove past him. The suspect felt the vehicle was too close to him and he confronted the driver on the sidewalk. An argument ensued, and the suspect hit the victim with a wooden stick he pulled from a nearby trash bin. #07012
