Wilmington Police arrest 14-year-old, recover stolen vehicle: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a 14-year-old male and recovered a stolen vehicle.
On December 15 at approximately 9:42 p.m., police officers were in the area of 7th and North Washington Streets when they observed an occupied stolen vehicle. They attempted to stop the vehicle, which fled from officers. The vehicle was subsequently located in the 700 block of West 11th Street, where it had struck the front porch of a structure.
Police took a 14-year-old male into custody and has been charged with the following offenses in addition to multiple traffic violations:
- Theft of a Motor Vehicle
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Criminal Mischief Over $1,000 – Two Counts
- Resisting Arrest
- Leaving the Scene of an Accident
