Wilmington Police have arrested a 14-year-old female and recovered a stolen vehicle.
On December 16 at approximately 11:11 p.m., a police officer on patrol in the area of 3rd and Madison Streets observed an occupied stolen vehicle. The driver of the vehicle exited the car and fled on foot, but was taken into custody.
The driver, a 14-year-old female, has been charged with the following offenses in addition to multiple traffic violations:
- Theft of a Motor Vehicle
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Resisting Arrest
