Update: Green Bay Police Continue to Investigate Christiana Street Shooting; Crawford No Longer Suspected Gunman
After further investigation, the Green Bay Police Department is no longer searching for Jaylon Crawford, 20, Green Bay, as the suspected gunman from last month’s shooting in the 1600 block of Christiana Street.
In consultation with the Brown County District Attorney’s Office, it has been decided to dismiss charges of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety with use of a dangerous weapon and attempted armed robbery without prejudice and cancel felony arrest warrants in relation to this case.
Our investigation into incident from Monday, November 13, 2023, which seriously injured a 20-year-old Green Bay man, who has since been released from the hospital, is ongoing. We remain actively looking for a suspect, however, we still believe that this was an isolated incident. There is no known information that indicates the public is in any danger.
