On Monday, January 1, 2024, the District government and all recreation centers, community centers, and indoor aquatic centers will be closed for New Year's Day.

Outdoor parks, playgrounds, athletic courts, and fields will be open. All previously permitted events in these outdoor spaces will take place as scheduled.
