Overnight Parking Restriction Moratorium 
Beginning December 22, 2023, there will be a moratorium on overnight parking restrictions during the holiday season. This includes all on-street and city lot parking between the hours of 3:00 am and 5:00 am. The moratorium will continue through January 2, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
