Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian that took place on Thursday at approximately 6:50 p.m., in the 400 block of East 4th Street.
Officers located a 62-year-old male who was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The vehicle remained on scene.
The 62-year-old male has been identified as Roger Frisby who succumbed to his injuries today.
