OWI 5th Offense – Bertran W Turner
On 12/23/23, at 3:30 AM, a Janesville officer located a vehicle stopped in traffic at the intersection of S River St and S\W Milwaukee St for a prolonged period of time.
Upon initiating a traffic stop, and making contact with the driver, the officer observed behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired. Bertran W Turner complete standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently was arrested for operating while intoxicated (5th offense).
Upon being arrested Bertran had THC and Fentanyl on his person.
A legal blood draw was taken from Bertran, the results are pending.
Bertran was held at the Rock County Jail.
