LOCATION: 1900 block Clary Drive, Needles, California 92363
SUSPECT(S): Leon William Parker, 30-year-old resident of Needles, California.
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On December 23, 2023, at approximately 8:00 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the report of domestic violence in progress.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted the victim and three children. The victim suffered a severe laceration to the forehead, requiring medical aid. The suspect, positively identified as Leon Parker, was located in the closet and arrested for PC 273.5 Domestic Violence, PC273.6(d) Violation of a Domestic Violence Restraining Order, PC 273 a(a) Cruelty to a Child, PC 459 Burglary, and PC 3455 Probation Violation.
