* WHERE...Butler, Colfax, Cuming, Thurston, and Seward Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* AFFECTED AREAS: THURSTON ... CUMING ... COLFAX ... BUTLER ... SEWARD
