* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 218 PM EST, Locally excessive runoff will continue for the rest of the afternoon in parts of the upper Catawba basin. Remain wary of lingering high water conditions or low-lying flooding near the Catawba River and select tributaries. - Some locations that may experience lingering flooding include...
