Deputies Investigate Stolen Semi-Trailer and Recover a Trailer and Tractor Previously Stolen in Fontana

INCIDENT: Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resist / Delay Peace Officer, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle
LOCATION: 8900 block of Elm Avenue, unincorporated Fontana
VICTIM: Male Resident of Ontario / State of California
SUSPECT: Brandon Carrillo, a 28-year-old male resident of Rancho Cucamonga
Christopher Carrillo, a 39-year-old male resident of unincorporated Fontana
Silvia Rolon, a 41-year-old female resident of Fontana
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at about 7:30 a.m., deputies responded to help a victim recover a semi-trailer which was stolen overnight in the city of Ontario. The victim located his stolen trailer in the 8900 block of Elm Avenue, in unincorporated Fontana. Upon arrival, deputies found pallets of clothing, later estimated to be worth $250,000.00 or more, were stolen from the stolen semi-trailer. Brandon Carrillo, Christopher Carrillo, and Silvia Rolon arrived at the address on Elm Avenue in a stolen vehicle. Brandon Carrillo was uncooperative with deputies and struggled when taken into custody. He was later found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Deputies served a search warrant at the address on Elm Avenue. During the search, a flatbed trailer and Bobcat tractor were located on the property. They were both found to be previously stolen from the city of Fontana. At the conclusion of the investigation, Christopher Carrillo was booked into the West Valley Detention Center for possessing stolen property and possessing stolen vehicles. Brandon Carrillo was booked into the West Valley Detention Center for possessing a stolen vehicle, resisting / delaying a peace officer, and possession of a controlled substance. The completed report will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review and consideration of criminal charges against Silvia Rolon.
